  5. 5. to develop a supervision structure for undergraduate academic project- Appointment of Coordinator:  Describes TOR (term of reference)  COMPULSORY-briefing to student for every early semester  Determine loading as coordinator  Flow chart-positioning the coordinator within FABE- Niche/focus area of academic project- Learning outcome of academic project?- Etc
  6. 6. to develop an assessment tools for undergraduate academic project- Assessment form: Vet through sample- How many draft per semester?- Do we need “evidence” as to demonstrate discussion between supervisor & supervisee?- Total nos words (normally max. 10,000 words) OR nos pages (normally not more than 80 pages)- Reference materials: So important criterion- Etc
  7. 7. to streamline the implementation and assessment of academic project- Supervise the supervisor:  Academic staff research interest  Supervision: nos students/academic staff- Progress presentation:  1@2 per semester: output?- Final presentation:  Make it like “design seminar”?  Overall grading: An example (vet through the ppt sample)- Hardcover binding: nos of copies & outsource (perhaps)?- Etc
