    Hi,
    What is the highest rate in SWOT? (4?)
    There is mistake on the 17th slide, Information technologies weighted value should be 0.2 not 2. So the total number should be 3.6.

      • Keep maintain the value chain, nothing to change but it should be expanded in each district/region.
