    • DEFINITION OF CULTURE:
      • “ The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization.”
    • Interestingly and often overlooked is that culture also means:
      • “ The act of developing the intellectual and moral faculties especially by education.”
      • Therefore, as culture is relevant to groups within a group, culture itself is driven by the dynamism of education of self and the surrounding environment.
      • It is critical that all cultures utilize the medium of education and communication to further their own goals and objectives.
