Design lab empathy project

  1. 1. Design Thinking Action Lab Stanford University Venture Lab
  2. 2.   I interviewed three people: a 4th yr undergrad, a recent MA grad, and a hiring director at a Univeristy.  I’ve focused on the undergrad’s notes, but I added in a couple of the MA grad’s that were related, and then juxtaposed those of the hiring director, because they were often nearly complete opposites.  This mix of perspectives I hope highlights and provides some context for the primary problem I will define of the 4th year undergrad. The result is that he forms his own conclusions based on his limited information and then acts on them, likely to his own detriment. Insight
