At OCTO, I have been working as Solutions architect and Agile Coach Consultant, helping clients to achieve specific goals on software development. As Solutions Architect, I am responsible for analyze and implement solutions that most fit to the clients requirements and constraints. My activities include to act as an software architect on customer's project, coach of an architecture team and systems assessment. As Agile Coach, I am responsible for the implementation of agile culture with a development team. Our projects are focus on helping development teams to understand the agile thinking and start an agile culture for better and more productive way of work.
