    The key slide is page 10. Company of experts & value in learning. Intent to flatten organization & value influence vs. control. Progressive & risk averse.

    Life is messy. Living with autonomous, thinking, creative beings is REALLY messy. And wonderful. It should be a wake-up call to many hierarchical, controlling organizations that IBM is thriving by embracing the mess of Social Enterprise.
