Inbound campaigns (e.g. web download) are set up and wait for responses (or automatically added to a follow-up campaign as a member). Automatic loading/launching campaigns, reviewing the system task status, viewing members, auditing change, distributing lists, and tracking results are OOTB functions. Campaign attributes can determine how campaign waves are launched and what routing rules are applied such as region, department, partner, type (OTN, Call Me, Seminar, Exec Event, Scores, etc.) Campaign Members are created for any call or email list.
