    • Bubbling new iinsights ight (aka. Innovation Sourcing)
    • Bubbling is the process th t that integrates several social dimensions in one’s own reality.
    • I d ’ get iit don’t g
    • Bubbling helps an organization explore organi ation to e plore new horizons, unknown experiences and capture new reflections.
    • It’s the experiencing of new contexts, from the t t f th p past, the present and p the future.
    • WHY?
    • We don’t h true W d ’t have t experiences about other p contexts anymore. What we consume and learn from are stereotypes and stories.
    • So, it is like Open Innovation, where we iintegrate externall h t t t experts in our innovation process?
    • It’s different. Open Innovation calls for experts from whom we can capture k t knew k l dknowledge, whereas Bubbling focus on YOU visiting other contexts, experiencing , p g their worlds and gaining new reflections. reflections
    • IImagine: if you h t i have to innovate in HR. What would you do? Benchmarking, Benchmarking internal surveys etc.?
    • Imagine visiting a prisons to explore human “normalization” or a monastery to experience how the monks create th i deep k t their d self-awarenes.
    • Bubbling creates unique new reflections, ideas, and stimulations for a richer idea generation and innovation di ti p process.
    • ok, and why again is it , y g different to DILO? (day in the life of a ...) )
    • DILO is an important and rich tool that everyone should experience. Bubbling however on the other hand explores extrapolated contexts that are not necessarily “direct” linked to the company's defined problem but more with the identified paradoxes. Furthermore will YOU actively participate in the process, experience and interact with it it.
    • …and what value does and it generate?
    • Due to completely new reflections and stimulations, companies have a higher probability to g generate substantial and breakthrough ideas. Consequently it is a tool that helps to balance the innovation-risk portfolio innovation risk portfolio.
