      This quick start will help you get started with ActiveHelperLiveHelp and will walk you through a six simple steps.
      Step 1 – Install the Plugin
      Download the ActiveHelperLiveHelp Server plugin zip file, extract it and upload the extracted folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
      Sign in on the WordPress admin area and go to the plugins view and activate
      the new plugin name ActiveHelperLiveHelp Server by clicking in the option activate.

      Step 2 – Configure the Domain
      Go to manage domains and click in the option “add new” to add a new domain.

      Step 3 – Configure agent
      Go to manage agents and click in the option “add new” to add a new agent.

      Also you need to enable the domains in which your agent will be working.

      Step 4 – Deploy the Tracking widget
      If the domain name is the same that you server you can install by clicking in the option "configure widget"
      If you need to configure in a WordPresson a different domain you can download the widget to install in the other WordPress.
      To install in a non WordPress domain you can use the option “Generate Script”
      and then deploy the javascript tracking code.

      Step 5 – Get the agent login info
      Go to manage agents and click in the option “client info” to get the agent login info.
      Start the Support Panel
      Start to Support Panel Console and try sign in with the agent info.
      Copy the connection info from the client info option to the Support Panel Console.
