What can we do to prevent water pollution? Be careful about what you throw down your sink or toilet. Use environmentally household products, such as washing powder, household cleaning agents and toiletries. Take great care not to overuse pesticides and fertilisers. Don't throw litter into rivers, lakes or oceans.

CONCLUSION I think that we have to change our habits because the water is a natural resource very important and if we follow the same way till now, one day maybe our sons woke up and they won´t have water to drink.

Planting more trees can also prevent water pollution by reducing soil erosion and water runoff i think that educating people about water pollution is an important way of preventing water pollution.
