Children's services - Improving social care

Published on

Optimise-GB provides you with a presentation on how social care services for the safeguarding of children can be improved using lean six sigma. Social workers are spending on average 80% of their time in front of PC screens rather than working with children. This is down to poor processes, over management, poor systems design, too many forms. We provide a way forward to remove these inefficiencies to ensure social workers do what they do best, care. Please contact me should you have any questions on simon@optimise-gb.com. Many thanks Simon Misiewicz
