Optimise-GB provides you with a presentation of how to manage your projects, simply, effectively and with great efficiency. Project management is a focus on time, cost and quality and there needs to be a balance of all three. This presentation gives you a brief guide to the documents that could be used within each and every project. These documents are not extensive compared to Prince2 or other project management methodologies, for one simple reason, simplicity. Please contact me should you have any questions on simon@optimise-gb.com. Many thanks Simon Misiewicz
