  • Dongtan Eco-City, China. To improve its self-image, China is committed to build this Eco-friendly city. The city will be built on the 86 square kilometer area, and it will be completely self supporting. On 1/3 of its the area designed as a residential area for 50 thousand occupants, and the remaining 2/3 is for vegetations, and different solar and wind energy transforming devices.
  • Hydropolis, Dubai Hydropolis, Dubai The worlds first underwater first class hotel will be 20 meters under the sea. It will contain 220 apartments built in a shape of shell. constructed from steel, concrete and Plexiglas. Of course, the lucky gests will enjoy the splendid undersea view .
  • A bridge on the Red Sea It will connect two continents; Asia and Africa between Yemen and Djibouti The aprox. 20 Km. long bridge will be the worlds longest suspending bridge and the longest span between its pillars will be more than 5 Km., which is a record by itself.
  • Eden project UK. These huge bubble shaped greenhouses are containing 5.000 plants and More than 1 Million of its species. It is located in Cornwall UK. The project Builders expected 750 thousand visitors in the first year of its opening, but More than 2 Million visitors surpassed all their expectations.
  • TV headquarter, China. The state owned CCTV will be ready for the summer Olympics in Beijing. Built in a shape of a rectangle The 234 meter high building will serve as a cultural centre too and it will be a workplace for about 10 thousand workers.
  • Freedom Tower, USA It will be built in the space of the destroyed World Trade Centre. It will stand 415 meters tall, but with the antenna on its top, it will surpass more than 0.5 Km. On its 240 thousand square meters free space one will find offices, restaurants and parking spaces.
  • Rotating Skyscraper, Russia It will stand in Moscow, capital of Russia. The skyscraper could rotate on its vertical axis its 60 levels individually, giving the building interesting, sometimes bizarre shape.
  • International Business Center, South-Korea. This interesting angular shaped building, with its 130 floor’s will be 580 meters high. It designed for a Hotel, several offices, cinemas, fitness rooms, and an airport terminal too.
  • Chicago Spire, USA This twisted shaped skyscraper, with its 150 floors and its height of 610 meters, will be North America’s tallest building, and the worlds biggest residential only skyscraper.
  • Restless Planet, Dubai. From portion of the profit of the crude-oil, Dubai will realize Stephen Spielberg’s Jurassic Park. The huge, more than 100 Dinosaurs will pose no threat to public, since they will be only lifelike gypsum figures.
  • Dubai wonder bridge. The 1700 meter long and 205 meters high bridge, resembling sand dunes will have 6 lanes both ways, and the metro will run on the centre.
  • Silk City, Kuwait. Its original name is Madinat al-Hareemak. This city will be built on 250 square kilometers and with its hotels, swimming pools, sport facility's will be the local media and economic canter of the region. Ti will take 25 years to build at cost of 86 Billion Dollars. The 1000 meter high skyscraper will be only one of the many its spectacular ties.
  • Mile High Tower, Saudi Arabia. In the race of the “tallest” Saudis plan to build a mile high (1600 meters) skyscraper. It will be built in a “new city” near the port of Jeddah. To stabilize this building; it will be connected to two smaller skyscrapers.
  • Pyramid City, Japan. To maximize the residential area per available land, this pyramid shaped building will be home for 750 thousand occupants. The pyramid is 12 times higher than the Great Pyramid of Egypt. On its first 4 levels (each level is 250meters high) beside residences will be a few offices too, and the upper 4 level is reserved for many different recreational facilities.
  • Okhta Center, Russia. The energy giant Gazpro intend to build this 396 meter high skyscraper in St. Petersburg, even if the city will lose its World Heritage status. According to many it just wont fit in, and it will spoil the panorama of this beautiful city.
