  2. 2. What is it that we do? <ul><li>JRS is a popular property development company that specializes in creating executive homes that are practical, creative, modern, and stylish. We sell a variety of properties, from family homes to company offices. JRS also provides services where companies can employ us to redesign their offices in order to create a calm, professional atmosphere. JRS is extremely dedicated to customer service and because of this we believe that when with clients we should create an un-pressurized environment in which our customers can make plans that’s best for them, giving us the satisfaction of having a happy client. </li></ul>
  3. 3. What can we offer you? <ul><li>Here at JRS we offer quality homes where people will be able to buy from us, rent from us and sell to us all at reasonable prices. Our property is located around upcoming areas such as Uptown Mirdif, Arabian Ranches and The New Dubai. As a property development company, we plan to buy pieces of land or old house's, renovate them and sell them to our costumers at better quality and better prices. Today, people need peace and comfort when in the shelter of their of home, our houses are placed in areas where they will enjoy this peace and comfort. Overall, our company is doing the best we can to keep all our costumers happy. </li></ul>

Dubai and its growth <ul><li>Dubai’s growth in the last decade has been phenomenal; and there are only signs of faster development, with massive real estates and leisure projects attracting international attention. The city has built an eviable infrastructure and earned a reputation for constantly reinventing itself, chalking out strategic plans for development. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Us on an International View: <ul><li>Once our company becomes a driving force in the UAE, we will be able to invest in countries within the Middle-East such as Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar. After Succeeding in UAE we wish to move on to bigger, more profitable plans and make it as successful around the Middle-East as it is in Dubai. Since Dubai is a becoming more and more international, we are going to use this as an advertisement to our advantage as our business becomes more successful. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Where is JRS located? <ul><li>JRS can be found in several locations around Dubai, however our main office is located in the XL building of Business Bay. Business Bay is a new up and coming area in which you will find some of the worlds most successful companies. </li></ul>Find us here

Clients can enjoy the luxury of a home-like setting while discussing their plans in a quiet, calm bliss. Decisions can be made without feeling pressure and without the rush and bustle of the usual competitive development world. </li></ul>

It includes furniture such as desks, bookshelves, sofas, and other items that can really make a difference to the atmosphere of the office. JRS wants it’s clients to feel comfortable and un-pressurized, these items help create this feeling. </li></ul>

  13. 13. Telecommunications and other services <ul><li>Dubai itself has a limited amount of choices when it comes to telecommunications. This is because Dubai itself is a monopoly. Below you will find a budget for our communications </li></ul>

How we’ll pay back our loan: <ul><li>Since JRS have competitors such as Emaar and Damac, we are going to try to approach the market in a powerful way where we'll be able to make an immediate impact in the U.A.E. Our main consumer base will be the expat and community of the UAE as well as the UAE's national people. They will benefit from our experience in housing, our quality service, and the amenities we provide as standard. Most of our consumer's will be looking for affordable quality family housing, as well as condo's/flats and apartments for single individual use. We will provide these but to a higher level extending services such as security, comfort, service, and amenities such as Ethernet ports, wiring for satellite or cable television, wiring for wireless high speed internet and more. When we are able to make a sufficient amount of profit we will begin the process of building up on our long term plans. We will try to imitate the strategy's of big company's like Emaar, and we will be able to maximize our income/profit. After all our profit is maximized we will begin to open our market to investors and make our company a more powerful and sufficient company. </li></ul>
  15. 15. Who owns what within the company? <ul><li>JRS will be a Limited Liability Corporation based out of Dubai, UAE. It will be owned and operated by its CEO Hassan Sajwani, Its head office manager Tarek Roumie, and its advertising/interior design coordinator Holly Jackson. Thirty percent of company ownership will go to investors. Roughly twenty percent will go to the CEO Hassan Sajwani. Twenty percent will go as well to Tarek Roumie and Holly Jackson. </li></ul>

What we plan to do for start-up <ul><li>We are planning to get an sufficient amount of money from HSBC to cover up our start costs, from this money we will buy a few area's of  housing and we will rent them out to gain a constant income in order to cover up our costs. Once we have the basis of our business, we will be able to buy, sell and rent out more land to gain more income From there we will be able to invest into bigger, long term projects such as The Palm, Al Badia and The New Dubai. </li></ul>

The keys to your door are our keys to success: <ul><li>Our keys to succeed at JRS will be our ability to provide safe, affordable, quality living that will cater to Dubai's vastly growing expat community, as well as the greater population of Dubai. We will also provide a modern approach to living and all of the amenities such as wiring for broadband internet, cable television, alarm systems etc... The homes we sell will not only be quality themselves but quality in their location to make sure that everything our customers need are right at their fingertips. To ensure the continued happiness and satisfaction of our customers with their homes we will maintain open communication with our customers. Our success will also come with our ability to continue to expand our services range of products and customers and our ability to bring in large profit from the buying and selling of existing properties. </li></ul>
