  • 2. Location-based services• Location-based services use the geolocation functionality of a mobile phone or smart phone to provide people with information and entertainment. These services allow you to check-in wherever you are (for example in restaurants, hotels, airports).• Examples of location-based services : o Foursquare o Facebook places o Where o Gowalla
  • 3. SEO• SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization.• It is the process of getting traffic from the “free,” “organic,” “editorial” or “natural” listings on search engines. Payment isn’t involved, as it is with paid search ads.• Examples: o Google o Yahoo o Bing
  • 4. Booking aggregators site• Aggregators are handy tools that pack a lot of travel search engine together.   • 5. Customer engagement• Customer engagement refers to the engagement of customers with one another, with a company or a brand.
