  3. 3. Annual Report as a Teacher Artifact From the UFT: “Under the teacher evaluation system, teachers have the opportunity to submit up to eight artifacts as a chance to demonstrate their good work throughout the year. To decide on artifacts, teachers need to think about materials they create during the year that best reflect their skills under the Danielson Framework components in domains 1 and 4. A single artifact can demonstrate skill under multiple components.” (UFT: Our Rights as Teachers - Teacher Artifacts http://www.uft.org/our-rights/teacher-evaluation/artifacts) Your annual report can reflect many of your skills all in one document - make sure you choose to report on metrics that you want to show off.
