  • I´m going to write about the two men who founded WhatsApp. Brian Acton and Jan Koum invented WhatsApp incorporation in 2009.
  • It is based in Mountain View, California. WhatsApp office
  • Brian Acton Brian Acton was born in U.S.A. in 1.972. He got his engineer license at the University of Florida. He worked for Yahoo for 20 years. Frisbee, skiing, snowboarding, movie watching and reading are his interests. His major accomplishment is WhatsApp.
  • Jan Koum Jan Koum was born in Ukraine in 1.976. He studied Computer Science at San Jose University. He worked for Yahoo for 20 years. He loves drinks and snacks. He chose the name for the app because it sounds like “what´s up”.
  • WhatsApp delivered ten billion messages per day in August 2012, two billion in April 2012, and one billion in October 2011.
  • WhatsApp is a text and audio messaging app for smartphones.
