ICTs refer to Information and Communication Technologies, which are defined as a diverse set of technological tools used to communicate and manage information. These technologies include computers, the internet, broadcasting technologies like radio and television, and telephony. ICTs consist of hardware, software, networks, and media used to collect, store, process, transmit and present information in various forms, as well as related services. ICTs can be divided into an Information and Communication Infrastructure, comprising physical telecommunication systems and networks, and Information Technology referring to the hardware and software used to collect, store, process and present information.
