  2. 2. Firstly Install the SyncbackPro in the client workstation.<br />

  10. 10. Secondly, Install FileZilla sever in the server workstation<br />

  14. 14. Configure FileZilla on Server Workstation<br />Click OK to Open <br />Filezilla Server<br />
  15. 15.
  16. 16. Click on Edit -- Users -- <br />
  17. 17. Click on General and create an Administrator account <br />
  18. 18. Set the Administrator Password<br />
  19. 19. Click on the Shared Folders and add a directory named Backup data<br />
  20. 20. Apply the permissions on the User you created for the shared Directory and click ok<br />

  22. 22. Now move Back to the Client Workstation.<br />open the SyncBackPro<br />Click on Project -- New<br />
  23. 23. Enter the Name of the Task.<br />
  24. 24. Click on the Backup<br />
  25. 25. Click on Backup to an FTP Server<br />
  26. 26. Type the IP Address of the Server And enter the User Name - Password which we created in FileZilla. Then Click on Test setting.<br />
  27. 27. ClickOk<br />
  28. 28. Click on No Zip Files<br />
  29. 29. Select the Source from Where you want to backup your critical Data.<br />
  30. 30. Click on the Destination folder by connecting to the Server where you want to keep your DATA Safe and Secure<br />
  31. 31. Enter in the Server (Shared Directory) and choose the Destination Folder and click Ok.<br />
  32. 32. Click On the Fast Backup<br />
  33. 33. Click On When To schedule the Auto Backup Timing.<br />
  34. 34. Click Yes For Simulated Run<br />
  35. 35. Click on Option<br />
  36. 36. Click On Start with Windows to run the process on System Startup Automatically.<br />
  37. 37. Click on the Yes to Minimize the tray<br />
