  3. 3. What Does That Require?  Identificationof right candidates !!!  Training through good faculty !!!  Practice during training ?  Absorption and reflection ?  Networking ? Attracting right recruiters ??? Getting placed in leadership roles ???

Most of Exec-MBA Courses Look Like.. 13.5 credits * 10 sessions * 6 terms = 800-850 Class Hours for TRAINING Rigorous, Continuous, Traditional 2.5 hours per Weekday *5 + 4 hours per Saturday = 16.5 Hrs / Week => 100 hours per term approx = 600 Additional Hours for PRACTICE Slack Time Assumed to be utilized in Projects but remains Unproductive due to Stress
