      • Nitrogen can harm your body severely
      • When you descend the pressure on your body greatly increases and equalizing your ears is a serious matter.
      • Breathing slowly and deeply continuously can keep you underwater longer.
      • When you ascend you rise NO FASTER than your own breathing bubbles

      • People who scuba dived many years ago were trained to hold their own breath for 6 to 8 minutes, this was an average!
      • Dive suits used to cover your body from head to toe. Every country had there own models, especially in helmets.

      • Scuba diving can only be safe if your diving smart
      • You can greatly damage your respiratory system by ascending to quickly, this is because the faster you go the more nitrogen enters your body pressing on your lungs.
      • These small air bubbles enter your blood stream and pierce the lungs, causing great damage.
