    • REFLECTION
      • LESSON PLANNING . Without question, the very best teachers are good planners and thinkers. The success of professional teachers doesn’t just happen. The road to success for teachers requires commitment and practice, especially for those skills involved in planning lessons and learning activities, and in managing classroom behavior. Planning lessons is a fundamental skill all teachers must develop and hone, although implementation of this skill in actual teaching can, and usually does, take some time. Being able to develop an effective lesson plan format is a core skill for all who teach. Developing your own lesson plans also helps you own the subject matter content you are teaching, and that is central to everything good teachers do.
    • REFLECTION
      • CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
      • We believe that classroom management is very important in any educational settings. If students are in a safe environment then learning can take place. It is critical to have an engaging curriculum that includes all students and meets their needs. The main goal of classroom management plan is to help create an environment for all to be able to learn in. We feel that if students are actively involved in the wokings in the classroom, they´ll feel ownership over it and will be further motivated to engage in the class and therefore learn. The needs of the students are crucial and will always be kept in mind when making decisions.
    • REFLECTION
      • IMPLEMENTATION OF ICT TOOLS IN ELT.
      • The implamentation of ICT tools in language teaching is essential due to the vast of information we can find to benefit our teaching. The use of technology helps a lot in improving our presentations of the materials we teachers use in the classroom. This enables the students to grasp the information in a better way and thus makes the learning more significant.
