    Wonderful. Takes me back to tmy Young Orators’ Club days of mid 1970s. Only we had a slightly different approach. In the first few weeks the evaluation used to be soft and sweet. Later on it was a real grilling. Reason: In the real world you dont get too many criticisms that are objective or packeged in velvet!
