  • Bhel Puri TartMakes 5-6 dishes with 7-8 tarts on eachPreparation time: 30-40 minutesIngredientsMurmura 500gSev 400gGreen chutney 300gDates/Sweet Chutney 300gChat Masala 20gCanopies/Tarts 2 packets (25 in each)Cucumber 3 (chopped/diced)Tomatoes 3 (chopped/diced)Coriander to garnishInstructions 1. Put the murmura in a huge bowl and put around 50g of the sev. Mix thoroughly. The following should make a plate of the tarts 2. Put the only a few chopped tomatoes and cucumbers and save the rest for the next lot. 3. Put 2½ tbsps of the green/spicy chutney and 2 tbsps of the date/sweet chutney. Sprinkle the chat masala. Shake and mix thoroughly 4. Arrange 7-8 canopies on a plate. Finally, put the mixture onto the canopies. Sprinkle the items in the following manner: sev first then coriander, 1 tsp spicy chutney, sev and only a bit of coriander again.TipsIt is advisable to put the chutneys at the last so the bhel won’t becomesoggy.
