Svcc Building Rich Applications with Groovy’s SwingBuildershort answer: you can’t. doOutside(), doLater() and edt() provide basic threading facilities. However there are a few choices for advanced threading:
- create your own cancel enabled thread
- use SwingXBuilder.withWorker(), a fancy abstraction over swingx(jdk5)/jdk6 SwingWorker8 months ago
