Objectives <ul><li>To many innovation is a buzz word to define the process used to quickly develop </li></ul><ul><li>technology or new products and services.  Although it is becoming part of the vocabulary </li></ul><ul><li>in strategic business planning the process needs to defined in the context of business </li></ul><ul><li>models, processes, products and various methods to deliver value and the generation of </li></ul><ul><li>new opportunities to companies. </li></ul><ul><li>To explore the methods of user centered innovation, this workshop will introduce the </li></ul><ul><li>participants to a strategic interactive  process to give them insights as they participate in </li></ul><ul><li>the generation of innovative new products and service concepts oriented from a users </li></ul><ul><li>perspective. </li></ul><ul><li>We will organize our workshop on the topics:    </li></ul><ul><li>understanding  of participatory methodologies on user centered innovation </li></ul><ul><li>insights on the processes of gathering qualitative data from user centered activities </li></ul><ul><li>presentation of relevant case studies materials </li></ul>
