  • In line with a simple and predicable support policy, we have also kept our pricing simple and predictable. Premier Support is priced at 22% of license fees for years 1 – 5. If Extended Support is offered on a release, the price for the first year of Extended Support (year 6) is an additional 10% of your current maintenance fees. For the next two years of Extended Support (years 7 & 8) the fee for Extended Support is an additional 20% of your current maintenance fees. For example, if you purchased Extended Support the first year of Extended Support and your current annual support fee is $100, the additional fee for Extended Support would be $10 (100 * 10%), for a total annual fee of $110. If you purchase the second year of Extended Support, the fee would be calculated as $100 base fee * 20% for an additional Extended Support fee of $20 and a total of $120. The same calculation would occur if you purchased the third year of Extended Support. Once the Extended Support period has concluded, your Sustaining Support fee would be your $100 base fee. Simple, predictable, and easy for you to budget. Extended Support pricing will conform to any existing contract limitations
