How to make great presentations How to make great presentations Presentation Transcript

    • To Put The Presentation Together You will always need more time than you think!
    • By thinking of your presentation as a story it has a proper beginning, middle and an end. Start with your story. What do you want to tell people?
    • Start with a notepad – not PowerPoint. Start sketching out what you want to do
    • This way you can improve it over time
    • Think about how you can add elements that will give a good entertainment/visual experience
    • (You know the sort. Lots of smiling, white toothed good looking people all shaking hands)
    • “Simplicity is the key to brilliance” Bruce Lee
    • Keep it simple. The design, the text, the layout Try to have only one or two thoughts per page
    • (just Google it)
    • Less is more. Keep slide content to a minimum.
    • It increases both the enjoyment & effectiveness of a presentation.
    • Keep the language as simple as possible.
    • Tell a story Detail in the handout Use strong images Keep it simple Less text, more slides
    •  Quotations  Invoices  Track Payments  Purchase Orders  SMS Marketing
