Water Mills always fascinated me, using a water wheel or turbine to drive a mechanical process such as flour, lumber or textile production, or metal shaping is an ingenious work of art. In ancient days water mills were harnessed for irrigation purposes. Did you know Ziosha that the earliest clear evidence for the use of water for powering mills dates back to the ancient Greco-Roman world.
What you did here in your presentation is sublime for you amalgamated the end result of what the water mill produces. This is a very good show my friend.

The wonderful photographs form into a story. The vital water is the power source of the old watermills. From the milling products prepared finenesses the source of our energy.

Samples of the various flours that have been milled at the mill are bagged here and offered for sale. On the counter are jars that contain samples of all of the kinds of "raw" grains than are milled at various times
