Adventure and Hi Adrenaline Fulfilled Activities would be the core elements of
the entire offsite.
The execution would be through an Interactive Game based format.

What we PROPOSE for You ?
JUMPSTART: 1 Day HI IMPACT and MAX FUN Program
Jumpstart has 1 Major Game and 3 Support Games that can be ice-
breakers or energizers.
Major Activity would be Pathfinder; here the team works towards a
common objective of reaching the final destination. This is a simulation
game where the team has to participate, plan and perform certain
structured and unstructured activities.
We ensure that at each stage team members are involved and are having
great fun. Needless to say Teambuilding and Bonding form an integral
part.

In order to reach the final objective participants would have to
accomplish various tasks/obstacles like.,
• Deciphering Clues
• Mining Gold.
• Building a model Raft.
• Collecting props for flag hoisting.
• Negotiating with the villagers.
Format:
The entire group would be divided into teams of 10 to 15 members each.
All the activities are team based with clear cut roles for individual team
members to play.

Group handling
Over the past 3 years we have handled more than 50 corporates of group size
ranging from 20 to 300 participants.
Our facilitator to the participant ratio would be 1:20, this would help the teams to co-
ordinate in a smooth fashion.
