Evaluate whether the effort, costs and implications of achieving the plan are worth the achievement. Consider the control mechanisms (for example reporting, quality or cost control) that are needed to achieve your plan and keep it on course

    3. 3. WE VALUE YOUR IDEAS Therefore, all ideas can come to the table... no idea is dismissed, and there is a freedom to critique, scrap, and improve the ideas.
    4. 4. WE VALUE YOUR IDEAS Thus, there are no bad ideas in ZPS. Every idea spurs dialogue, launches a discussion and generates thoughtful momentum.

    12. 12. DESIGN AND PLAN Nothing helps move things along better than a good plan. Effective planning is vital to the success of implementing your idea or suggestion. Planning usually feels like a frustrating delay to action, but the process will saves time, resources, energy and people-power.
    13. 13. EXECUTE AND IMPLEMENT After careful planning, we will carry out the plan together. We can also do it with some friends and partners. There might be some teething problems in the initial stages, but together, we can overcome those challenges and learn from them.
    14. 14. ANALYSE AND MONITOR We shall check and monitor the implementation at various stages and study the results. This monitoring and review effort is to ensure that timely interventions, modifications or enhancements can made strategically and as seamlessly as possible.
    15. 15. TRIBUTE, REVIEW AND REFLECT At this stage, we will give tribute to key players in the implementation and learn from their experiences. Through this recognition and a process of reviewing and reflection, we will make any Here, the idea is endorsed and keyed into the system for necessary tweaks before records and submission to Cluster and HQ.implementing it on a larger scale.
    16. 16. ENVISAGE AND CELEBRATE We will then envisage the implemention and celebrate the idea on larger scale. At this stage, we will involve stakeholders affected by the implementation or changes, partners whose cooperation we need, and those who will benefit from the implementation.
