    • Community HOPE Project (COHP) Leamington District Memorial Hospital “Compassionate Care Close to Home”
    • Did you know? More than 6.7 million Canadians are living with a mental health problem. By the age 40 nearly 50% of the population will have or have had a mental illness. For Ontarians living in rural communities, getting the right care can sometimes be challenging.
    • What is COHP? What is our Mandate? Increase access to mental health and addictions services. Determine gaps in services provided. Understand the needs in our community.
