         Story telling is one of my
         favorite coaching tools. I
           talk about my previous
          teams, about stories my
       friends told me, about agile

I trust everyone by design. For me trust is given not
      earned. I even trust middle-management that they
      want to do a good job. If I would not I would not be

      Joppe feels this is high, I tell him yes, I see you are
     scared. I know it’s high for you. And that’s ok. I think
              it will be ok, yet it’s ok to be scared.

                      all at the same time...

        Start-up’s have by design only a feature team.
      Feature teams solve so many problems that large
45            coorporations are struggling with.

     My kids give me so much joy and energy. I use them
      in my storytelling and I learn something from them
