JOB FAIR 2009 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The Job Fair 2009 sponsorship opportunity will provide you with the information you need to allow your
organization to gain the maximum level of exposure. In order to achieve the objectives of bringing together
qualified professionals with top employers, the Job Fair 2009 needs your support. Your support will be
acknowledged in a number of ways. Please select Sponsorship level.
Gold Sponsorship
ETB 25,000.00 (Twenty five thousand birr)
Your organization name will be announced as Gold sponsor of Job Fair 2009.
Your logo and organization name will be inserted in the banner to be displayed at the entrance of
AA Exhibition center.
Your logo and organization name will be inserted in the cover page of the exhibitor’s catalogue as
Gold sponsor.
One year complimentary SHRME institutional membership.
You will receive a one-year free subscription of www.ethiojobs.com (valued at Birr 6,000/year).
You will be able to post unlimited vacancies, manage applicants and use the state-of-the-art
search engine for a period of one year.
Your organization banner will be carried on the official website, www.SHRME.com. You will
have a free website link from the JOB FAIR 2009 website to your organization’s website for a
period of one year. (Leader Board banner size 728x90 pixels (30k maximum).
Priority given for booth selection at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center (One 3 X 6 booth fully
draped table complete with furnishings and company identification).
Your organization name will be listed on the Job Fair 2009 Exhibitors Catalogue that will be
distributed to jobseekers and participating employers; a brief company description/ profile shall
be enclosed along with the list of professionals wanted.
Full-page advertisement on the Job Fair 2009 Exhibitors Catalogue. Camera-ready advertisement
must be submitted before the 15th of April 2009. (A4, Black and White print out).
Award of appreciation / trophy for Gold Sponsor.
Silver Sponsorship
ETB 14,500.00 (Fourteen thousand five hundred birr)
Your organization name will be announced as Silver sponsor of Job Fair 2009.
Your logo and organization name will be inserted in the cover page of the exhibitor’s catalogue as
Silver sponsor.
One year complimentary SHRME institutional membership.
You will receive a six-month free subscription of www.ethiojobs.com (valued at Birr 3,900/year).
You will be able to post unlimited vacancies, manage applicants and use the state-of-the-art
search engine for a period of six months.
Your organization banner will be carried on the official website, www.SHRME.com. You will
have a free website link from the JOB FAIR 2009 website to your organization’s website for the

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis.
2. Completed sponsorship request form accompanied by full payment; logo image; advertisement and
other details must be submitted to SHRME by 15th of April 2009.
3. All sponsorship materials including organization profile and list of professionals required must be
submitted to SHRME before 15th of April 2009 to ensure inclusion in the production schedule.
4. Sponsorship funds must be payable in order to process all materials. All checks should be made
