Enemies will do 15 less damage, not 20. Cooldown is 4. </li></ul><ul><li>Note: This way his AoE is not immediate and requires him to be damaged or to stun first prior. The cooldown may need to be changed to 3 as it may prove to be too much. But this way at least he isn't spiked or left for last and is more versatile to other team combination. </li></ul><ul><li>Second option is to leave it at 10 per turn on his stun and have Fern at below 81. </li></ul>
  10. 10. Anko <ul><li>Now, for Anko. I am sure most of you remember her when she was overpowered and not broken? I assure you that I do. She needed a simple nerf, but she got reworked, and has been reworked continuously, and only gets worse. </li></ul><ul><li>Hidden Shadow Snake Hand Anko calls forth snakes from under her jacket which slam into one enemy dealing 20 damage to them. That enemy will take 10 more damage from offensive affliction effects for 2 turns.* Costs - Random Random. Cooldown - None. Classes -Physical, Instant, Melee, Affliction* </li></ul><ul><li>Twin Snake Mutual Death Anko uses a forbidden technique in an attempt to kill her enemy faster. That enemy will take 10 affliction damage* this turn, and will permanently take 6 more non-affliction damage from Anko and her allies. Anko takes 5 self-affliction damage.* This skill can only be used on an enemy affected by dual pin. Costs -Ninjutsu. Cooldown -None. Classes -Physical, Instant, Melee, Affliction* </li></ul><ul><li>Dual Pin Anko stabs one enemy making them unable to become invulnerable or reduce damage. That enemy will take 5 damage each turn until they die. This skill ends when Anko, or the enemy, dies. This skill cannot be used if it's already in effect. Costs -Random. Cooldown -None. Classes -Physical, Instant, Melee </li></ul>
  11. 11. Asura <ul><li>Chakra Burst: Changed to regular damage. </li></ul><ul><li>Cluster Bombs: Remains at 15 damage. Staggers the opponent and reduces non affliction damage from new skills by 15 for 1 turn. Same cooldown of 1. </li></ul><ul><li>Heat Seeker: Drop to 10 piercing. No cost. No cooldown. Ignores invulnerability when it takes effect as well. </li></ul>
  12. 12. Preta Path Pein S <ul><li>Energy Shield : Preta Path S uses an Energy Shield on one enemy and increases the cooldown of the last skill used by that character by two. That enemy will be dealt 20 piercing damage. Cost: 1 Nin Cooldown: 0 </li></ul><ul><li>Rinnegan Reflection : Preta Path S uses Rinnegan Reflection. For 1 turn he will reflect all enemy skills that are not mental used on him back to the enemy that used the skill. Cost: 1 Nin 1 Random Cooldown: 2 </li></ul><ul><li>Chakra Pin : Using Chakra Pin, Preta Path Pein S increases the cost of one enemy’s skills by one for 1 turn. Cost: 0 Cooldown: 0 </li></ul><ul><li>Note: Energy Sheild and Chakra Pin are meant to compliment each other. Increase the c/d and then increase the cost. A support character that hinders an opponent in a completely different fashion. It's different! </li></ul>
  13. 13. Gaara <ul><li>Note - Gaara is either a cheap ass or a loser at this point. He isn't versatile, our goal is to make him usable in more teams, creative, and fresh. </li></ul><ul><li>Armor of Sand : For 3 turns Gaara ignores the first non-friendly skill used on him each turn. Cost: 1 Random Cooldown: 5 Class: Instant </li></ul><ul><li>Desert Coffin : Gaara traps an enemy in a graveyard of sand dealing 5 affliction damage* each turn and reducing the damage they deal by 50%. These effects will last until Gaara uses Sand Coffin. This skill cannot be used if already in effect and the damage reduction does not affect affliction or relative damaging skills. This skill ignores invulnerability. Cost- Nin Random Cooldown- 0 Class: Control, Unique </li></ul><ul><li>Desert Graveyard : Gaara crushes one enemy with sand. The enemy is dealt 45 piercing damage and has their non-affliction skills reduced by 25% permanently. This skill can stack. Requires Desert Coffin to be active on the enemy. Cost: Nin Blood Cooldown: 0 Class: Unique </li></ul>
  14. 14. Kankuro <ul><li>Puppet Preparation: For 4 turns affliction damage is reduced by 10 on Kankuro. Kankuro is now able to use Black Secret Machine One Shot and Poison Bomb. Cost: 1 Random Cooldown: 3 </li></ul><ul><li>Black Secret Machine One Shot : Kankuro deals 30 damage to one enemy and this skill will deal 5 more damage permanently. This skill stacks. Permanent damage gain is removed when Kankuro uses Puppet Preparation. Cost: 2 Random Cooldown: 0 </li></ul><ul><li>Poison Bomb: One of Kankuro’s puppets creates a cloud of smoke and deals 15 affliction damage to one enemy. Control skills being used by that enemy are canceled. Cost: 1 Random Cooldown: 1 </li></ul>
  15. 15. Shikamaru <ul><li>Note - This is similar, and yet not so similar to an older version of Shikamaru. The problems of the older version have been addressed and redefined. </li></ul><ul><li>Meditate: Shikamaru sits down and begins thinking up a strategy. Shadow Bind and Shadow Neck Bind may now be used for the following 4 turns. Cost: 0 Cooldown: 3 </li></ul><ul><li>Shadow Bind: For 2 turns all enemy Ranged and Physical skills are stunned. The damage dealt to effected enemies is determined by the numbers of enemies effected by this skill. 5 damage is dealt to all enemies if 3 characters are effected, 15 damage if 2, and 20 damage if 1 character is effected by this skill. Cost: 1 Gen 1 Blood Cooldown: 4 Class: Control </li></ul><ul><li>Shadow Neck Bind: Shikamaru chokes one enemy using his control of shadows. For 2 turns the selected enemy will be dealt 15 affliction damage and cannot become invulnerable. Damage from ranged skills by this enemy is reduced by 5 during this skill. The affliction damage may stack on itself. Cost: 1 Gen Cooldown: 1 </li></ul>

The meta itself is considerably more UP to that of the other arenas! </li></ul><ul><li>Be creative! For all that is holy. N-A strongly lacks bringing anything new to the table. </li></ul><ul><li>There is a growing problem with the number of Piercing Characters being introduced to the game. N-A should probably go through the characters and start getting rid of some of the piercing and up the damage instead or something else beneficial. As it stands more characters with damage reduction potency will start falling. A lot of piercing skills brought to the game were unnecessary to make piercing when there are plenty of others ways to benefit a skill or character. (Examples: Nagato, Human Path, Asura Path, Preta Path) </li></ul><ul><li>Not ALL stuns need to have class restrictions! </li></ul>
