The start-up costs are to be financed in equal portions by the owners' personal funds (i.e Walid Been Rahman, Md.Farid Uddin Bhuian, Tousif Abdullah Autul , Sheikh Sanjida Afrin, and Shajia Afrin are investing Tk.1,00,000 each).

  10. 10. SEGMENTATION There are many types of event organization in the market and these are highly competitive with each other. These markets have different types of events to do. Here we have two types of market segmentation Individual market segmentation corporative market segmentation.

  12. 12. CORPORATE MARKET SEGMENTATION In corporate market segmentation there are many different types of events. They organize different types of concert, work shop, official meeting arrangement, convocation, traveling management, festival etc.

TARGET MARKET All the above of these market or events, we select our target to organize wedding management, because in Bangladesh the wedding ceremony is rapidly growing rather than all other festivals or occasions, but there are few lacking of wedding management organizations. In that case, we decide to launch new business organizations on wedding management and hope to reach the goal within a short time and also develop the Bangladeshi traditional wedding management system through a modern way that should our reflect culture and also create a positive effect on it.

MARKET ANALYSIS Porter’s five models: Competitive Rivalry is low for this sector because of different strategies by different organizations and low exit barriers in the market.  Threat of new entrants is high because of low entry barriers.  Threat of substitutes is still low because this business has not been enormously in style yet in Bangladesh.  Bargaining power of suppliers is low because there are a lot of suppliers in the market.  Buyer’s bargaining power is low because, there are only a few professional event management consultants.
