    1. Top 8 Fun Ways To Prevent Cancer Through Exercise
      • Don’t let cancer suck the life right out of you…Get out there and have some fun being active!
    2. 1. WALKING/HIKING
      • Instead of the treadmill find a new forest trail you haven’t been to and/or make it a family event.
    3. 2. YOGA
      • Good for body and mind
      • Don’t worry if you are not flexible…you will be soon!
      • Start with a beginner’s class
    4. 3. DANCING
      • A great way to meet people
      • Or do it in the privacy of your own living room
      • There are so many different dances to choose from!
    5. 4. ROLLERBLADING
      • If you’re a beginner…might want to grab some protective gear!
      • Great cardiovascular workout
    6. 5. Running
      • My personal favorite and arguably the best form of exercise
      • Stick to softer surfaces to avoid injury
      • Join a running club or train for a big race!
    7. 6. Tai Chi
      • Studies have shown this being linked to cancer prevention
      • Very meditative qualities
      • Classes can be taught in group setting or privately
    8. 7. JOIN A TEAM SPORT
      • There are many physical and social benefits from being part of a team
      • A little healthy competition is good for everyone!
    9. 8. Surfing/Snowboarding
      • You don’t have to go too far to do one of these two adventurous activities
      • I love both of them but am better at snowboarding!
    10. But even more importantly…Fuel yourself with healthy food!
      • Try and stick to a predominantly whole foods plant based diet!
