Roll out SAP solution across six regions and simultaneously expand their global process template (global SAP landscape) to
handle critical business processes existing within the acquired company
• Dealing with multi-dimensional challenges posed by the acquired systems including cultural diversity, corporate power
structures, rollout techniques, local (legal) requirements, etc.
• Addressing manpower-related issues including people integration, designing new roles, and overall change management
• Aligning the acquired company’s processes to the existing global process template
• Reducing complexity in the existing process maps for lean processes.
