  • 1. Saving Custom themes to your theme library<br />When you create a new survey from scratch, the default design is your standard gray-and-white web-form theme.<br />You can customize your survey design from your survey’s page. <br />If you have little or no experience with web design, you can use the layout page to format the colors, styles, font size, etc. <br />If you have some experience with web design, you can completely customize your survey via the page. <br />You can find some pre-designed professional themes in your . You can also save any custom theme that you create into the theme library for your account, so that it can be quickly and easily repurposed for any other survey in your account. <br />To save your custom theme, from your page, click at the bottom of your “Themes” index on the left side of the page. <br />
    • First you should give your theme a name so that you can easily identify this theme in your account.
    • 2. Next you can either choose or create a custom category, making it easier to manage a large number of custom themes, or you can skip this step if you will not need to organize your custom themes into categories.
    • 3. The third item on the page is the CSS Style Sheet for the current survey.
    • 4. At step four you can upload a thumbnail image to make it easy to identify this theme in your library.
    • 5. Step 5 will show the buttons that you are currently using in your survey, with the ability to edit this for your theme if needed.
    • 6. Then click to save your changes.

    After you have added your custom theme(s) to your account, you can apply these themes to any new or existing survey. To apply a theme to a survey, navigate to that survey’s Layout page. Then click on a custom category or click “All” to see your themes.<br />You can preview what your survey would look like in this theme without overwriting your current theme by clicking the preview icon at the top-right of the theme’s thumbnail.
