  • Failure is inability to realize success or achievement. It is an experience met by a person who carries any task, vision or mission to achieve a specific goal.
Failure is also lesson learnt after evaluation of the implemented project or programme. It can be a stepping stone because after failure in any thing, gap analysis is taken and more thoughts are made in order to generate a new idea to tackle the failure. In this case the failure creates a new opportunity to solve the problems that caused the failure leading to further feasibility study, identification of priority needs, proper planning with smart objectives and strategies to achieve them.
If well done, success will come and positive change will be achieved but if contrary failure will be repeated leading to disaster.

  • Failure can become a great opportunity to re-evaluate and re-align yourself. Life happens and we often get too busy in the day to day to focus on the direction our life is taking. Failure can be the wake up call we need to stop and say, 'Hey, something isn't working or where am I going' to get our lives back on the right track.
