  • 4. 2008 / UCV-FAU / Area: 1.990 m2 / Program:Climbing wall,auditoriums,galleries,gym, cinema and restaurant The project on the building FEDE Vargas abandoned in Caracas since 1987 search Chacao to provide activities for the local life of Sucre Libertador the neighborhood but also for the city in Baruta El Hatillo general. It has a mixed program that allows you to browse the site through different Gran Caracas Level Restaurant spaces experiences. (A swimming pool, auditoriums, galleries, sports facilities, a restaurant, a cinema and of course the climbing wall, the central axis of the project.) The goal is to offer the public a variety of spaces recreation out of the Chacao municipality routine and develop personal activities.URBAN LEISURE CENTRE - CARACAS Level Square   The climbing wall is designed as a large folding embraces and penetrates the building, generating spaces and different conditions on each floor. The externalization of activities that occur within a theme that is developed through a semi-permeable Level Auditoriums facade that reflects the dynamic nature of the project. Music 2009 / UCV-FAU / Area: 7.600 m2 / Program: Workshops, music school, square and auditoriumsSCENE URBAINE - CARACAS- FAVELA LA LUCHA Vegetation Center of production, consumption and cultural exchanges First floor plan Meeting Spontaneity in which people live in the favela is producing a space open to multiple transformations and visions but lacks opportunities. The project tries to emulate this lifestyle where the street is the space where the events occur. This is to create a public space linking the city and the favela, and a Volume meeting place of articulation of dissonant worlds, that of the formal city and the city spontaneously. The space is defined by a building that houses various commercial and cultural programs for the community of the district of La Lucha. They wanted a space more open but with some privacy when so required by the client. I was responsible for designing the apartment, construction documents also the materials Section 5-5’ and furnitures.
