St. Joe's Supper Table AGM Nov 16, 2011

Overview
We will be talking about what's happened in the past 12 months; our supporters, fund raising, statistics and what's coming up later this year.

The Present Situation
As you are aware, we have seen 31% increase of our guests in 2010. So far this year the numbers have been lower compared to last year.
However, when budgeting for food purchases, it has not changed due to the increase of food prices.

What's happened past 12 months
We have hired a part time staff to assist the Supper table manager(25hrs per week-1yr)
Grant was received from Canyon Foundation
HRDC support for Summer Student Program for 6 weeks during this summer
Our longtime member of St. Joe's Supper Table, Peter Hoysted passed away on April of 2011. We have received many donations in honor of his memory.

Green Bin pilot project with City of Ottawa
St. Joe's is taking the lead and have involved other not-for profit organizations such as Mission, Shepherds of Good Hope, The Well and St. Mary's Home. Our plan is to go City wide
Currently working on receiving funding from City of Ottawa for next 3 years

Ottawa Little Theatre I hate Hamlet on Sunday Nov 27 th , 2011 @ 2pm.
Supper Table Christmas dinner on Dec 16 th , 2011. 80 volunteers including several City of Ottawa Councillors and Max Keeping to be helping. We are also looking for more T.V. and Radio personalities to help.
