Regulatory Framework for Transportation Planning •Transportation Conformity for Counties Located in Non Attainment Areas. •Pollutants from Transportation Activities must not exceed Air Quality Budgets. •Transportation Planning includes Transit and Land Use. •SEWRPC and BLRPC Regional Analysis of Forecasted Transit Expansion and Emission Benefits.

Clean Diesel Grants Program Summary •Non Attainment Areas eligible for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Funding. •CMAQ Projects include Bike Trails, Transit, Diesel Retro fits, Alternate Fuel Infrastructure, Traffic Signalization. •Approximately $39.2 Million available for SFY 2014-2018. •Grant Applications evaluated by WisDOT, WDNR, and Regional Planning Commissions.

Clean Diesel Grants Program Summary •Wisconsin Clean Diesel Coalition. •Over 3,600 Pieces of Equipment impacted from Grant Program. •$ 13.3 Million Federal and State investment in Clean Diesel Technology. •$178 million in health cost savings over the lifetime of projects. •State Energy Office Grant Opportunities.
