Major Hires in these domain. 2.  Introduce Distributed Domain Assessments on Cloud using Secured auto proctored tool. 3.  First Level Domain Interview (Team Leader) to be managed by certified professionals. 4.  TAT to be reduced to 7 Days 5. CPA (Cost Per Acquisition to be 25 USD at TL Level) Challenges: Organization feels a few challenges specially in peak months. See Fig.3. To list a few: 1.  In order to meet 1500 Recruits, the organization current selection rate is 15%. i.e over 10,000 candidates are scheduled for meeting. 2.  Average Interview time spent from a Team Leader is between 25-35 minutes. 3.  Average Waiting time for interviewee is between 30-40 minutes. 4.  Average TAT (Turn around Time) between Step 1 to Step 3 was 15 days. 5.  Cost per acquisition was 50 USD (At TL Level).
