WebXpress Operations Pickup Run Sheet •Customer can book the shipment in advance through customer portal •Pickup based on customers request •Planning based on incoming pickup at the branch Route and schedule management •Possible to define routes, Km, scheduled hours in route master •Possible to define multi-point touching routes in the system •Possible to define schedules for each route such a days in week, multiple in a day, time of departure •Tracking of Scheduled, Estimated and Actual departure and arrival times •Scheduled vs. non-scheduled route movement report to keep a check on extra vehicle usageStock Management • Can track stock of consignments at each location. This can be accessed using Stock Summary Report •It is also possible to view in-transit stock between locations •Stock ageing report to control stock accumulation at various points Capacity utilization management •Route wise leg wise capacity utilization can be measured •This can help to determine unviable routes or legs •Trends can be analyzed to decide on continuation of routes •Daily Movement of Route vehicle to check usage of routes
