What is a Mobile Strategy?  Mobile is a booming industry but it is still also considered uncharted waters  Businesses looking to expand brand awareness.  Most mobile strategy really just amounts to a collection of mobile tactics  Build a strategy based on the entire customer experience  Not just based on technologies  This isn't about guesswork.  Companies should evaluate how their customers are:  Actually using mobile technologies across their entire customer lifecycle.
