Every page should be reachable from at least one static text link.”Static text link A static text link is a link written in correct HTML that search engine crawlers can easily follow. If you must use images for textual content, consider using the "ALT" attribute to include a few words of descriptive text. Google bot can’t read images so you must use text for displaying important names, content, and links. And whenever you use images for textual content, you must use “ALT” attribute. “ALT” tells search engines what image is all about.
