      • eSynergy Solutions was founded in 2001 by three directors with a passion for technology & Recruitment. We have a staff of well trained and knowledgeable consultants and support staff always available to offer advice.

      Candidate Sourcing & Management
    • Our 4 Stage Qualification Process Full qualification of the role via face to face meeting or over the phone with the hiring manager to drill down on the core technical competencies of the vacancy, core duties of the role and the main ‘sells’ of the role. Initial Telephone Interview to qualify candidate ’s motivations for looking for a new role, their core technical stack and what they are looking for in a new role. Technical screening questions asked if appropriate. Face to Face interview in our City offices to further confirm suitability based on core competency, technical questions and personality tests where appropriate for the role. References. Two professional references will be taken by us for all candidates requested for interview. Note for some contract positions, where speed of delivery is paramount, an immediate face to face interview may not be possible. Where this is the case we will follow all the other qualification processes and conduct a face to face interview further down the line. 1 2 3 4
