  • #neorsdGREENPervious Pavers in ParkingArea
  • #neorsdGREENThe sandy soil inthis area alreadyprovides greatdrainage. Thepervious parkinglot uses this to itsadvantage, eliminating runoffoff the site forstorms up to the100-year stormevent.
  • #neorsdGREENStormwater chambersThis system captures the rooftop stormwater runoff. It allows the water to drain naturally into the sandysoils under it, instead of discharging stormwaterrunoff to the combined sewer system.Outlet to combined sewer systemThis connection will allow for the stormwater runoff to bedischarged to the sewer system, but only in very heavy stormswhen the runoff exceeds the capacity of the system.Note: No stormwater runoff is expected from thissite through the 100-year storm event. Thesystem will reduce runoff by 1,000,000 gallonsper year.
