    • HANGI ( Underground BBQ )
    • The Aim
      • To Make it perfect and crispy
    • What is needed ?
      • Oven Trays covered in Tin foil
      • Pumpkin
      • Vegetables
      • Pork (pig) and lamb
      • Banana leaves and hot rocks
      • And coal
    • What is To be Done
      • Dig a hole ( 2 metres wide and 4 metres deep )
      • Food is to be prepared
      • And trays are to be washed
    • Method
      • 1. Dig the hole
      • 2.Prepare the food
      • 3.Put the coal or hot rocks in the hole
      • 4.Put the food in the tray
      • 5.Then put the tray in the hole
      • 6.Then finally put the banana leaves on top of the trays and wait for 6-7 hours to cook
